Rahmatullah Arman ( CEO & Founder )

Rahmatullah Arman is leading Afghanistan’s largest youth led organization Teach For Afghanistan as its President & Founder.

Mr.Arman has completed his secondary school studies in Kabul, Afghanistan, and received a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Masters in International Human Resources Management from the University of Pune, India.

At Pune University, Mr. Arman was among the highest ranked national and international students from 2007-2011, and earned several national and international awards at debates and conferences.

He has served in leading positions within government and private sector organizations in a variety of fields, and was selected as an inaugural member of the Malala Fund’s Gulmakai Network of champions for girls’ education.

Mr.Arman is also a Global Youth Ambassador, GN champion, HOD university teacher and Board Director of PRDO organization.

Teach For Afghanistan has placed 200(75% Female) Fellows in 49 schools in Nangarhar province, reaching over 25,000 girls and more than 15,000 boys, while in Parwan province 43 fellows are recruited(33 Female) to impact over 15,000 needy children in Bagram, Jabal Sarah and Charikar districts and city as well.

Teach for Afghanistan has over 50 national and international staff with 293 staff(fellows) in Nangarahar, Parwan and Kabul provinces.

Rahmatullah Arman is also a writer who has written on several national and international issues which are published in famous international websites and newspapers.

Mr.Arman is an inspiring speaker who gives lectures and seminars on Positive thinking, Educational Management and Leadership inside universities and institutes inside and outside Afghanistan.

He is a Master of Strategic management and leadership from the United Kingdom, who is a professional University lecturer in the field of Management and leadership. Currently working as training Manager with Teach for Afghanistan Organization who has unlocked the paths of management and leadership through his creative way of giving training to all fellows, staff members of TAO. Having deeply passionate about education in Afghanistan and feels utter joy to brand the impactful work of Teach For Afghanistan.

Ability to manage a team and establish cooperative working relationships, good written and verbal communication and problem-solving and decision-making skills.<br /> Highly organized with attention to detail.<br /> He is also a gold medalist social activist, a software engineer, a web developer an average poet , and a script writer of stage dramas, very well known for his tireless working ethic, presentation skills, effective public speaking, volunteer social activities, public awareness’s, Seminars, workshops, conferences, campaigns, leadership qualities and delivering lectures on various youth oriented topics specially in computer science field.<br /> His role for enhancing better quality education for the school, college and university students in Jalalabad is well recognized and prized by many residences of his hometown.

              Naim Pardis is graduated from two faculties, English Literature and Pharmacy from Parwan University and Medical Institute of Mohammad Saber Saberi. A creative teacher who used modern teaching methods in teaching at two private universities. He possesses extensive experience in teaching Pedagogy and Youth Capacity Building, and now with a special interest, he works at TAO as a member of the Monitoring & Evaluation team.

                Najila Mohammadi is one of the elaborate Fellows of TAO who holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Parwan University. A dignified and skilled woman in management and leadership with three years of experience as a teacher and one year as an HR assistant at the Parwan Independent Election Commission. In her off time, she reads a lot and wishes to be a proud person in the future for her family and community. She has always had a great deal of interest in being a member of the Teach for Afghanistan (TAO) and is now serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.

                  Mr. Gul Agha (Mohammadi) is a professional lawyer, who in his first attempt passed the competitive exam of TAO right after his graduation from university, and served there for two years. He has plenty of achievements such as certificates from various offices. With his abilities, he later became an employee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs who then, due to his creativity and skills, was accepted as a Monitoring & Evaluation member TAO team. He is Science-friendly and knowledgeable and loves science more than anyone.

                      Ahmad Shah Ghaforzai is working as Admin finance officer in Teach for Afghanistan organization in Nengarhar province,<br /> He completed his primary education in Abdul Wakil high school in Jelal abad city and secondary school in Nengarhar high school,<br /> In 1392 he has earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Nangarhar University. He also has the certificate in accounting and tax departments from Pakistan APTECT organization.

                        Sara is a skilled teacher in innovative teaching methods. With her scientific creativity, she completed Computer Science faculty with success and achieved high percentages. She worked as a trainer for two years at RET and taught her students with great achievements. In addition, she has served as a computer professor for five years. She has good management skills and is now very passionate about teaching as an M&E officer at Teach for Afghanistan (TAO).

                          Parwin Ahmadi has a bachelor in Education from Nangarhar University, and holds a degree of DIT from the Global connection & exchange program of the United States of America; she did her English diploma from the Ravish Institute of language and computer from Jalalabad. She is well aware of how to identify training needs; she is organized and fully prepared for training delivery. She is ready to bring change to the training materials and adapts to qualify for a better understanding of her students. always thinking on their feet.<br /> With 5 years of working experience in education field Parwin become a fellow of Teach For Afghanistan in 2018 and complete her two years of fellowship as an innovative fellow she inspired many youngsters for education and in June of 2020, she becomes an Alumni of the TAO organization and is currently working as an IT trainer and Fellow coach of Teach For Afghanistan office in Nangarhar.

Highly skilled on data analysis, well-know of contextual knowledge, organized data collector through technology, the greatest skill of Ms. Fazila is that she knows many languages such as Pashto, Dari, English.<br /> She is now working with TAO as a Monitoring and evaluation officer

Received Microsoft user’s specialist certificate from ZICS Institute of information technology.<br /> Graduated from Nangarhar university languages and literature faculty department of English language and literature in 2017. He worked as an ESL Instructor for different non-governmental educational organizations. He served as an ESL instructor for the doctorate of Nangarhar Education. Currently, he is working for TAO (Teach for Afghanistan organization) as an ESL Instructor.

                                Zakirullah Kamawal

                                Zakirullah Kamawal was born and raised in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province. He is currently residing in the city of Jalalabad. Nasrat High School was where he began his preliminary studies. Eventually, he earned two bachelor's degrees in English literature and agriculture from Nangarhar University. He has taught English as a second language for the past 10 years of his teaching career. Kamawal also has extensive professional experience in Afghanistan, having worked for a variety of national and international organizations. He is currently employed with TAO as an English trainer.

                                  Mohammad Abbas Sayar, a Shirwali safi, was born in Kunar province in 1994 and now lives in Nangarhar. Sid Jamaludin high school was where he began his preliminary education. Finally, he received his diploma from Aryana University in Nangarhar. Since 2013, he has taught English and computer in a variety of institutions. He received good instructor awards and letters of commendation over his eight years of service. He currently works as a computer trainer for TAO (Teach for Afghanistan Organization) in addition to teaching at Shifa International Medical Institute.<br />
