Rahmatullah Arman is leading Afghanistan’s largest youth led organization Teach For Afghanistan as its President & Founder.
Mr.Arman has completed his secondary school studies in Kabul, Afghanistan, and received a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Masters in International Human Resources Management from the University of Pune, India.
At Pune University, Mr. Arman was among the highest ranked national and international students from 2007-2011, and earned several national and international awards at debates and conferences.
He has served in leading positions within government and private sector organizations in a variety of fields, and was selected as an inaugural member of the Malala Fund’s Gulmakai Network of champions for girls’ education.
Mr.Arman is also a Global Youth Ambassador, GN champion, HOD university teacher and Board Director of PRDO organization.
Teach For Afghanistan has placed 200(75% Female) Fellows in 49 schools in Nangarhar province, reaching over 25,000 girls and more than 15,000 boys, while in Parwan province 43 fellows are recruited(33 Female) to impact over 15,000 needy children in Bagram, Jabal Sarah and Charikar districts and city as well.
Teach for Afghanistan has over 50 national and international staff with 293 staff(fellows) in Nangarahar, Parwan and Kabul provinces.
Rahmatullah Arman is also a writer who has written on several national and international issues which are published in famous international websites and newspapers.
Mr.Arman is an inspiring speaker who gives lectures and seminars on Positive thinking, Educational Management and Leadership inside universities and institutes inside and outside Afghanistan.
He is a Master of Strategic management and leadership from United Kingdom, who is a professional University lecturer in the field of Management and leadership. Currently working as training Manager with Teach for Afghanistan Organization who has unlocked the paths of management and leadership through his creative way of giving training to all fellows, staff members of TAO. Having deeply passionate about education in Afghanistan and feels utter joy to brand the impactful work of Teach For Afghanistan.
Mr. Ahmadzai has completed his Master’s in Public Administration from Yonsei International University, South Korea, and his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from International Islamic University Islamabad, Pakistan. Mr. Ahmadzai has more than Eight years work experience in private sector development and policy making at different national and international organizations. Prior joining Teach for Afghanistan (TAO) as Director Fundraising and Development, Mr. Ahmadzai used to work as Business Development Advisor USAID-PROMOTE. Prior to that he worked as Small and Medium Enterprise Development Manager at Afghanistan Rural Enterprise Development Program of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation Development. Before that, he has worked as Policy and Planning Coordinator with Deputy Minister for Technical Vocational Education and Trainings at Ministry of Education, and during his bachelor degree he had the chance to work part time as Senior Business Development Officer at International Cellular company MONILINK.
Much experienced administrator, ambitious and forward thinking. Having a broad knowledge of organizing, managing and supporting the day to day activities required for running an office. Flexible with strong team-working skills, able to work individually or as part of a group. Involved in a wide variety of tasks in areas such as administrator, finance, Security, and procurement. Ahmad Haroon Ahmadi is a great manager who possess strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to manage a team and establish cooperative working relationships, good written and verbal communication and problem-solving and decision-making skills.<br /> Highly organized with attention to detail.<br /> He is also a gold medalist social activist, a software engineer, a web developer an average poet , and a script writer of stage dramas, very well known for his tireless working ethic, presentation skills, effective public speaking, volunteer social activities, public awareness’s, Seminars, workshops, conferences, campaigns, leadership qualities and delivering lectures on various youth oriented topics specially in computer science field.<br /> His role for enhancing better quality education for the school, college and university students in Jalalabad is well recognized and prized by many residences of his hometown.

She has worked in deferent parts such trainer, supervisor, Teacher in institute, and administration.<br /> In 2015 according to her keen interest, she began her bachelor degree in the Judiciary and the Attorney-General of the Faculty of Law, who was able to complete her high glossary scores in 2018 with great pleasure.<br /> Finally, in 2017, she attracted the interest of good intentions of Teach For Afghanistan Organization she became member of this organization.

Aminulhaq Safi, has a Bachelor Degree in Economics-University of Pune- India. He believes that education and educating the young generation of Afghanistan can change the future of our country. He also has the inspiration and vision to work for education system in order to serve his motherland. This inspires him to be a part of Teach For Afghanistan and do his part in providing excellent education, as being the Project Manager – Nangarhar, Afghanistan.
Qualified coordinator officer with proven ability to handle and manage office environment. Over two years of varied administrative work experience. Possesses effective organizational skills in addition to willingness to work above and beyond the call of duty with B.A in Literature.
<br /> Khalid Seerat was born 21st January 1990 in an educated family in Kapisa province, has completed his education in English literature from Albironi university. A talented and hardworking person who works with full passion and has great accountability with in Teach for Afghanistan organization<br /> He worked as Project Manager in Afghan View Logistic Company also worked as head of English department in Phonex camp in Kabul.<br /> Recently, he worked as program operation assistant and now working as M&E officer in Teach for Afghanistan organization.
Mr. Hamid Noori has Bachelor in literature from English Department of Nengarhar University<br /> He is one of methodic teacher’s who uses different and efficient methods to teach his students. He has worked for two years in Teach for Afghanistan organization as Fellow. He was one of the hardworking fellow of TAO and when he become Alumni of Teach for Afghanistan Organization he was selected as a Fellow Coach to work with Teach for Afghanistan,<br /> As well as a good teacher he is also a good manager and worked with several national and international organizations in Afghanistan.<br /> Now, he is a great influencer of innovation in terms of teaching and education for both TAO and TAO’s fellows.
